Tammy is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in financial management, physician relations, and healthcare operations.
Early in her nursing career Tammy was entrusted with leadership roles in the long-term care setting, laying the groundwork for a career spanning over 35 years at the White River Health System. During this time, she served in various capacities including Vice President of Outreach Services and Revenue Cycle, Executive Vice President, and Chief Clinical Officer.
In her consulting work, Tammy brings a proven track record of excellence in communication, relationship development, issue resolution, and team building. Comfortable both on the front lines and in leadership roles, she possesses a unique ability to devise vision and strategy, enhancing revenue generation and operational efficiency while fostering strong alliances between medical staff, clinical teams, and administration.
Tammy holds the prestigious designation of Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (LFACHE) and is a compact licensed RN. She has also served as a council member for the American Hospital Association (AHA) Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Council.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tammy and her husband reside in the Greater Fayetteville area, where they enjoy cheering on Razorback athletics and mentoring young adult leaders.
