Sinclair Winburn, MSW, LCSW

Sinclair Winburn has dedicated his career to building and revitalizing behavioral health services, primarily within hospital systems. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Sinclair’s expertise spans clinical and operational leadership in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, hospital-based, and correctional treatment facilities, as well as in business.

Driven by a passion for performance improvement, Sinclair leverages data analysis, best practices, and systems theory to efficiently assess and implement strategies that enhance clinical compliance and financial stability. In addition to his work in program development and financial analysis, he provides leadership development support and training.

Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to achieving results, Sinclair is also certified in Critical Incident Stress Management, Brainspotting, and Emotional Urgent Care. 

He and his family are based in Arkansas, where he is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors.
